I would like to express my deepest and most sincere sympathy to the family of the late Roy Parkhill. I was privileged to score with Roy on many occasions and I will remember a man who was a true gentleman and a great ambassador for both Carrickfergus and representative cricket. Scoring can be extremely dull to some but when you spent a day with Roy it proved to be full of humour and interesting conversation. Cricket has lost a friend and as as scorer I have lost a colleague who will be sadly missed.
WIN YANYEE / DEV, doncaster 510,BALLINDERRY PARK (NAP) kelso 230, FASSAROE 225 doncaster, KING BREX 145 kempton , couple of good price eways (for danny in ladcrooks~) DOESLESSTHANME410 kelso, IRISH RAPTOR 235 newbury. STARZAAN 310 newbury.good luck.
Death of Roy Parkhill.
On behalf of the Carrickfergus Cricket Club, the teams and myself we would like to offer our sincere condolence to the Parkhill family.
Roy will be sorely missed, he was more than a scorer, he was an invaluable member of the club, who over the last 15 years has contributed to the sucess of the club and Irish cricket, he will be greatly missed.
Our thoughts are with the Parkhill Family, may he rest in peace.

A lot of new people have moved to Dundrum. I have been told there are a couple of mid twenty year olds who have played county second XI, trying to find out where they live. Apparently they are both top 4 batsmen so fingers crossed!
so any other new signings in the new Section 1 (formerly section 2)? Any new overseas players?
thats 2 up man u , lyon just need chelsea & 3 draws up , had 2£ yankee 4draws in champions league 2 night 3 out of 4 close, ANDY i will find out asap and if they 1 6 & robin wants 600£ too win ton i will get the bet on for him!as for the price of DRINK just be glad its not like down south at £5 50 pint.
Jeff - re Robin and the 1/6 odds. You and I wouldn't be in a position to make much money but with the huge amounts that he would be staking these odds would be worth his while - bit like a man would regularly drinks brandy complaining about the price of drink. Odds are short because all the good teams are out!!
vanburn, eastwoods now called ladbrokes usually bet on anything, but why would ROBIN want too bet oods on 1/6 (thats 1£ for every 6 risked for the non punter), not all certs win .HAD 5 football teams too draw sunday &they all did all single bets ,so we try another few man utd , lyon chelsea , 10£ treble pays 300£ & ive been greedy &double up on all 3 halftime & full time draws that gets u GRAND if successful!?ps ROBIN try TAYTO he dont charge TAX but then again u wont get paid if u win.lol
School's Cup
Paddy Power still doing on line betting, not aware of any others still takin bets - Jeff might know????. MCB now 1-6 on favourites. Should have got in guys when it was even money (or thereabouts).
MCB will NOT again play as poorly as they did at Fox's Field on Saturday (fair play though to CCB who really pushed them hard), MCB are a class act and are entitled to one bad game.
